A concept design of a character

The workflow used 3D combined with a paint-over to establish the look and feel of a poster-type presentation.

The initial concept still relied heavily on sketches and thumbnails, however less time was spent on this stage, allowing a greater time spent in Marvelous Designer to concept out new patterns.
